Awkwafina

Awkwafina was an American singer and actress started with funny raps, which dealt with the racial and sexual identities of people. Before expanding to Hollywood she came out with a series of rap tracks. She was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants from Forest Hills Queens her first encounter with the world of music was with the trumpet. She also received instruction in jazz and classical before exploring hip-hop in her teenager. At college, she concentrated in her studies, pursuing a degree in women's and journalism. While spending a few days that was spent in Beijing She also studied Mandarin. After graduating, it wasn't until when she decided to turn her attention on music. Her song My Vag, a response song to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity through the Internet in the year 2012. It eventually made it in her album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. It also contained popular hits that went viral, such as body-positive Queef or the winking city tour NYC Bitche$. This song was also featured in Awkwafina's NYC travel guide published in the year 2015. She began pursuing acting careers following the completion of her previous two projects, as an author and musician. Apart from early series such as Girl Code and Tawk she has also appeared in films such as Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. In 2018, she got a number of important roles such as Dude Ocean's Eight or Crazy Rich Asians. Then in June she launched the EP in Fina We Trust.
