All about Henry Ruggs' girlfriend, NFL star's girlfriend critically hurt in a car crash

LA Police reported that Ruggs went at 156mph then slowed to 127mph as Tina's car was hit. The blood alcohol content of Ruggs was over double the Nevada lawful limit.
